Warranty Policies
ReplaceUPSBattery.com provides the following warranty for orders placed in accordance with our company’s Terms and Conditions.
We will replace any battery that fails due to performance issues or defects in material. ReplaceUPSBattery.com offers the following warranties:
- A 1-year warranty on standard Sealed Lead Acid and UPS batteries.
- A 1-year warranty on all Powersports Lithium-ion batteries.
- A 5-year warranty on ballasts.
- A 6-month warranty on Powersports batteries.
The warranty period begins from the delivery date of the order. Under the warranty, we will replace items with identical or better-designed products. If an equivalent product is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the purchase price. To qualify for a warranty replacement, the battery must be in unaltered condition, and the original packing slip and invoice must be provided.
Please note that a warranty replacement does not extend or renew the warranty period.
Warranty Exceptions
The warranty offered by ReplaceUPSBattery.com does not cover batteries that fail due to extreme or improper use, incorrect charging, or incorrect application. The warranty will also be void if the battery is maintained at a charge level lower than the minimum required for proper operation.
We do not offer replacements for products damaged due to short circuits or improper applications. Physically damaged batteries may be replaced within 7 days of delivery if the damage occurred during shipping.
ReplaceUPSBattery.com reserves the right to decline warranty requests if the return process is not completed in a timely manner.
Items that are exported outside of the United States are not covered under this warranty policy.
Warranty Procedure
If you request a replacement under warranty, you will be asked to provide a picture of voltage readings from the battery being tested with a voltage meter. ReplaceUPSBattery.com reserves the right to test returned batteries and refuse replacement if any of the above exceptions are found.
For warranties related to brands other than SigmasTek batteries, all shipping costs associated with the return, testing, and replacement of the battery are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping & Return Policies
Shipping Policy
ReplaceUPSBattery.com ships exclusively to the continental United States. Orders for items marked as "in-stock" will typically ship within 24 business hours of being placed. However, shipping may be delayed due to high order volumes or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Carriers:
The shipping carrier is selected based on the weight of the item, total order weight, and destination, as follows:
Orders under 20 lbs: Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (with some exceptions)
Orders between 21 lbs and 250 lbs: Shipped via UPS Ground
Orders between 250 lbs and 700 lbs: A Customer Service representative will contact you to arrange shipping via LTL (Less Than Truckload), if applicable, otherwise UPS Ground will be used
Orders over 700 lbs: Shipped via LTL
Note:
If an order contains one or more items weighing over 70 lbs, the entire order will ship via LTL. Please refer to the section on LTL shipments for more details.
Transit Times:
Transit times are determined by the shipping carrier and typically range between 2 to 5 business days, depending on the origin and destination of the shipment. For more detailed information, please contact our Customer Service team at order@replaceupsbattery.com or call 800-490-0250.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process on ReplaceUPSBattery.com based on the destination ZIP code and total order weight.

Please contact Customer Service for pricing on any UPS expedited services prior to placing your order. All Expedited shipping orders must be processed over the phone.
Address Changes and Order Cancellations:
If you need to change the shipping address or cancel an order already in transit, a $16 interception fee will apply. If your order has not left our warehouse yet, we may be able to update the shipping address at no cost. Please note that we cannot guarantee the change of address, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
LTL Shipments
Orders exceeding 700 lbs will be shipped on a pallet. The shipping method for orders weighing between 250 lbs and 700 lbs will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Note:
If an order includes any single items weighing more than 70 lbs, it will automatically ship via LTL. The shipping cost displayed on ReplaceUPSBattery.com reflects business-to-business, dock-to-dock delivery.
Additional Charges:
The following additional charges may apply to LTL shipments:
Receiver does not have a loading dock or forklift
Residential addresses
Delivery to limited access facilities, including but not limited to hospitals, schools, universities, military sites, and government buildings
Locations inaccessible to an 18-wheel truck
Customer Responsibilities:
Redelivery fees
High-cost delivery area charges
Reconsignment fees (in case of incorrect address provided during ordering)
Additional shipping fees for address changes while in transit
Dry-run fees (for pickups only)
ReplaceUPSBattery.com reserves the right to issue an additional invoice for any accessorial charges incurred after the delivery of goods.
Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Transit days for LTL shipments vary depending on the carrier and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

Returns & Exchange
If for any reason are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we at ReplaceUPSBattery.com will gladly assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with the invoice you were sent at the time of placing your order and issued by ReplaceUPSBattery.com. Some orders may not be subject to return/refund, you may contact us any time if you need more information.
Return Policy
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package to obtain authorization and return instructions.
For damaged, incomplete, or incorrect deliveries, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
Once return authorization is granted, the item(s) must be shipped back to our return center within 14 days. All returned products must be in their original, unused, and unaltered condition. We do not grant refunds for items returned without prior authorization or for returns requested after the 30-day period.

Return and Refund Guidelines

You must contact Customer Service within 30 days of receipt to request a return or exchange (within 7 days for damaged, incomplete, or incorrect deliveries).

All returns must be approved by ReplaceUPSBattery.com Customer Service.

You must return the item(s) with the original invoice included in the package. Return authorizations will expire 7 business days after being issued.

Upon receipt and verification of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the product purchase price. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return process is initiated but not completed, ReplaceUPSBattery.com reserves the right to cancel the return request.

Special items or non-stock products may not be eligible for return or refund. Please contact Customer Service to confirm if your purchase qualifies for return.

Orders for special items, deals, or non-stock products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If you have contacted Customer Service within the 30-day period and returned the item(s) within 14 days of receiving return authorization, we will refund the amount paid for the product. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the dimensions and specifications of a battery before placing an order.
Incorrect or Damaged Shipments:

If the wrong battery size was sent, ReplaceUPSBattery.com will cover shipping costs for both the return and replacement, and send the correct item free of charge.

If the battery arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost. Simply provide us with a picture of the damaged product, and we will ship a replacement immediately.
Certain products are non-returnable, including:
- Special Items & Non-Stock Products: Products sourced specifically from vendors upon your request, including items from brands other than SigmasTek, larger quantities of low-demand items, or limited-time offers.
