Order Processing

All orders placed by 12pm EST on a normal business day through are shipped same day via UPS Ground service or USPS. We guarantee 1-business day order execution for all in-stock items. Once we ship out your package you will receive an e-mail confirmation.  All orders placed after 12pm EST or on a non-business day will be processed the next business day.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds will be honored only if the item has not been used, altered or damaged and is returned in its resale condition.

Refunds for items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.

How can I change quantity or address in my order?

You can make changes to your order at no cost to you as long as it has not yet been processed. To double check if your item has already been shipped, please call Customer Service directly at (800) 409-0250 or e-mail us at

Order Status

To check your order status you need to log into your account enter the tracking number provided at the time or purchase. If you have questions or need further assistance, please call our Customer Service Department at (800) 409-0250.

Volume Discounts Available

If you are interested in purchasing large quantities or you are a wholesaler, please, give us a call at (800) 409-0250 or send us an e-mail with the following information:

After receiving all that information one of our Sales Representatives will send you an official price quote.

Missing Items

If you have not received your item in a timely manner, you may contact our Customer Service Department. You will need to provide your order number, or, if you do not have this as a reference, we can check using your name, zip code and/or street address. We will need to verify your order information before proceeding, but once verified, we will advise you of your order status and make sure your missing item is shipped immediately. Our customer service will advise you on how to proceed.

Damaged Items

If the package or battery you received has been damaged, please send us an e-mail with your order number and a picture of the package. Customer Service will then contact you to resolve your case as soon as possible.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please, notify our customer service either by mail or phone. You will receive a confirmation and an electronic UPS return label to be attached, to the package.

The cost of shipping for any damaged orders will be covered by Please retain the applicable tracking number from your return label to track your package. If you did not use our return label, please send the tracking information from the account used to our Customer Service Department.

Return Requests

If you would like to return your battery, you need to send us an e-mail explaining your reasons for the return. We grant full credit if you contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Please, note there will be a 20% restocking fee applied for all items that were returned and not exchanged.

Your order will be refunded after the battery is received at the warehouse and it has been certified that it is in its original resale condition. Please retain the applicable tracking number from your return label to track your package.

Back-Ordered Items

Our Customer Service Department will contact all clients who have purchased out of stock items. Clients are then offered various solutions for their order including:

  • If we have another compatible battery, you can agree to accept it as a replacement, or
  • You can wait until the item is back in stock to receive their primary selected item, or
  • You can accept a full credit and cancel your order. 


We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover.

If you are a school or government institution, you can also order batteries with a purchase order, but to do that first you need to contact Customer Service and receive an approval.

Product Installation

You must use your existing wires to install your batteries. Before unplugging your batteries please take a look at your UPS battery configuration and replicate it with your new batteries.
